Department name: Indicates the name of the department, which is 40 characters in length (20 Chinese characters).。

Superior Department name: indicates the name of the department represented by the superior department code。

Use the cursor move key or scroll bar to browse the department code table。

Move the cursor to the selected department in the accounting category and click Add to enter the state of adding a department。In this case, you are required to enter the department code and department name. The employees who are set as "do not participate in the salary accounting" will not appear during the salary accounting and cannot enter their salary data。Employee information includes code, name, department, position, category, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, date of entry into the company, date of departure, etc。
